Skoda owners get App support for booking service appointments in India:
VW group company, SKODA Auto India, seems to have finally understood the need of its customers. It recently launched an internet based App platform called MySKODA App for its customers India. The App makes service booking for SKODA cars easier. Thus, Skoda joins a select few brands in India which support their products thru’ App-platform. This will certainly help to improve SKODA’s falling rankings in the JD Power CSI survey.
With this App, Skoda owners will be able to book service appointment for their car at any Skoda Service Centre of their choice. In addition, the App enables the customers to view the complete service history of their car. Also, MySKODA App will let the customers estimate the cost of each service and various parts costs thereof.

According to Skoda, the App will help to bring complete transparency and provide a hassle-free experience for every SKODA owner. Also, it will help SKODA owners to remember their car’s important dates such as the date of next service. Furthermore, customers can keep track of the expiry dates of warranty, insurance & road-side assistance etc.

With the help of this App, SKODA owners can easily update their personal details. Also, they can store the important ownership-related documents. The most important benefit of the App is that, any update will be automatically registered in the SKODA’s database. Thus, there is no need to update the records with SKODA separately.
