The use of carburettors is now almost phased out from passenger car segment. However, the ‘two wheeler industry’ still relies on carburettors in order to keep prices under check. To maintain the cost effectiveness, BOSCH has planned to introduce this new EFI system at the cost of carburettors and thus claims to change the current market scenario.

In an attempt to further ameliorate the user-friendliness of this fuel injection system, BOSCH has decided to integrate this system with mobile technology. By this way, riders will get the information about the fuel economy of bike on their smartphone. Also, facility to active immobilisers would be provided on the phones.
