Honda Navi Launched at Auto Expo 2016:
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has launched its mysterious bike Honda Navi at Auto Expo 2016. On the opening day of the Auto Expo 2016, the Navi was unveiled at a starting price of Rs 39,500 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Honda Navi opened up an ‘all-new segment in fun riding’ in Indian two-wheelers market and will attract young buyers, according to the company. NAVI stands for ‘New Additional Value for India’ and it looks more like a cross between an scooter and a commuter bike.
Honda Navi is designed & developed entirely in India for Indians by Honda. Honda Navi is available in three variants – Street, Adventure & Off-road. The buyers can build it as per their need as Navi comes with several customisation options. Honda Navi is available in five colour options – Patriot Red, Shasta White, Hooper Green, Sparky Orange and Black.
Honda Navi is powered by a 110 cc, single-cylinder with HET (Honda Eco Technology) engine that develops 7.8 bhp at 7000rpm and 9 Nm at 5500rpm. This engine is mated to a CVT. The Honda Navi is quite a compact two-wheeler; measuring 1805 mm in length, 748mm in width, 1039mm in height and 1286mm in wheelbase. With ground clearance of 156 mm handling becomes easy on Indian terrain. The Honda Navi weighs 101kg and has a fuel tank of 3.8-litre.

Aprilia SR 150 launched at Auto Expo 2016:
Two-wheeler maker Piaggio India unveiled the Aprilia SR 150, the first scooter under the Aprilia brand in India, at the Auto Expo 2016. The company aims at a niche segment of 150 cc, in which currently there are not many scooters. The sporty automatic scooter will be manufactured at the Piaggio facility in Baramati. It will be launched in India by August 2016.
SR 150 has aggressive and sporty styling; which echoes well with brand Aprilia. This crossover two-wheeler is powered by a 150 cc engine and is mated to an automatic transmission. The SR 150 comes with large 14-inch metallic black alloy wheels at front and rear. The scooter gets a 220 mm front disc brake and 140 mm rear drum brake.
The classy scooter features a 150 cc engine. The Aprilia SR 150 has a standard telescopic suspension at the front, while the rear gets a single-side coil spring. While the headlamps are integrated into the cowl of the fascia; the handlebar houses indicators.
