Engine and Power:

The MV Agusta Turismo Veloce 800 gets its power from a 798 cc, in-line three-cylinder engine that it shares from the F3. It churns out a maximum of 110 bhp at 10,150 rpm and delivers a peak torque 80 Nm at 7,100 rpm. MV Agusta claims that Veloce 800 has good low-end torque. Almost 90 per cent of the total torque is available from as low as 3,800 rpm. The engine comes with a counter-rotating crankshaft and is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The motorcycle also gets a quick-shifter as standard.

Aesthetically, MV Agusta Turismo Veloce 800 carries forward the legacy of Italian styling. It features a sharp design and aggressive stance with a premium fit and finish. The bike derives several trademark styling elements from its various siblings. For e.g front fairing resembles F3, and the triple-pipe gets inspiration from Brutale 800. In fact, the motorcycle even gets the nickname as “Everyday F3”. Veloce 800 also gets handguards with built-in indicators, LED headlamp, and LED taillamp.

Equipment:

Furthermore, MV Agusta Turismo Veloce 800 comes with ride-by-wire, 8 level traction control and dualchannel ABS. The motorcycle also offers a comprehensive electronics package. It features an MVICS electronic system with a full multi-map ride-by-wire throttle. The motorcycle also has 8-level traction control, along with a sophisticated EAS 2.0 electronic up and down gearbox and a hydraulically activated slipper clutch.

Suspension and Brakes:

Marzocchi forks at the front and a Sachs mono-shock at the rear perform suspension duties. Twin 320mm discs with four-pot callipers at front and a single 220 mm disc brake at the rear carry out braking duties. The bike has dual-channel Bosch 9 Plus ABS (anti-lock braking system) with rear-wheel lift-up mitigation. Turismo Veloce 800 also comes with 17-inch alloy wheels at front and rear with 120/70 tire at front and 190/55 at rear tyres.
