This engine will be capable of producing 27bhp power at 8000 rpm and 25Nm peak torque at 6500 rpm mated to a 6 speed gearbox. The bike will be equipped with some of the first-in-the-class features. Among the notable features are - Up-Side-Down (USD) forks and twin mufflers.

Mahindra Mojo is expected to incorporate Twin headlamps, LED daytime-running lights, LED tail-light and a bigger fuel tank. In styling area, Mojo is also expected show some body-muscle and new mudguard. The bike will ride on the Pirelli Sport tyres with Y-spoke black alloy wheels, while the disc brakes on both front and rear wheels will do the duty of controlling the bike.

For competition Mahindra Mojo will take on the likes KTM Duke 200, Honda CBR250R, and Kawasaki Ninja 300. Mahindra Mojo is speculated to be launched during the coming festive season and hence, it seems, Mahindra has already put its pre-production models for on-road tests.
