A two wheeler endowed with a four wheeler’s comfort

Gusto, a 110cc scooter which Mahindra Two Wheelers Ltd. launched on 29th September 2014 in India; is all set to redefine the word ‘scooter’ by providing innumerable convenient features that hardly any scooter in India offers.

The articulate styling features of this scooter have originated in Italy and have then been materialised in company’s R&D at Pune.

Engine & Transmission:

Gusto is powered by MTEC 4 stroke engine of capacity 109.6cc. It puts out 6 kW (8 bhp) of power @ 7500 rpm and has the maximum torque output of the order of 9Nm @ 5500 rpm. And on the transmission front, it features CVT- a typical characteristics of the modern scooters.

One of the many interesting features on this scooter is the ‘Height Adjustable Seat’ which allows the rider to adjust the seat height to suit his/her posture making the journey a joyful event.

Gusto has an attractive and functional key which flips like a four wheeler’s key with the press of a button and it also hosts an LED panel which is used to illuminate the key hole at night.

Specially designed kick:

Gusto’s kick is so well designed that one can kick start it even in the sitting position, giving it an advantage over most of scooters.
