Ducati launches Ducati Monster 797+ in India:

Italian premium brand of bikes, Ducati is celebrating the 25 years of Monster. So, Ducati India had announced the launch of Monster 797+ which happens to be an upgraded version of the Monster 797. The company recently launched the naked street-bike Ducati Monster 797+ in India.


The 2018 Ducati Monster 797 Plus version commands an introductory price of Rs. 8.03 lakh (ex-showroom). The bookings for the new Monster are now open across all Ducati dealerships across India. This is the second Ducati bike launched by the company in the recent time apart from the Monster 821. However, the deliveries of 821 started by the first week of June.

Ducati Monster 797+ design:

The Ducati Monster 797+ is another naked street-bike from Ducati which borrows the design elements from its sibling the Monster 797. The new motorcycle gets a wind deflector and a passenger seat cover, both of which match the tank and front mudguard paint theme. However, there are no mechanical changes in the 797+ version. Besides, the Bosch ABS, LED position light and tail light, USB power socket is standard on the Monster 797+.


Engine and power of Ducati Monster 797+:

Ducati Monster 797+ gets its power from the euro-4 compliant, liquid-cooled, Desmodue engine which delivers a maximum power of 73 hp (54 kW).

Ducati Monster 797+ features:

The other notable features of the Monster 797+ include the Brembo brakes, dual 320 mm discs and M4-32 monobloc radial calipers at the front and 245mm single disc at the rear. The suspension system includes a 43 mm fork at the front and mono-shock with spring preload adjustment at rear.
