Kawasaki brings new 2019 Kawasaki Z900 to India:
Kawasaki brought the new 2019 Kawasaki Z900 to India with minor graphical changes. With these changes, the bike looks slightly better than the earlier model. However, mechanically, the new 2019 Kawasaki Z900 remains unchanged. The motorcycle comes to India as CBU.

Kawasaki India recently introduced the new 2019 Kawasaki Z900 at a price-tag of Rs 7.68 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The 2019 model is available in three color options which are pearl flat stardust white/metallic spark black, metallic moondust grey/ebony and metallic flat spark black/metallic spark black.

However, the moondust grey/ebony color option for the 2019 Kawasaki Z900 will be available only in limited numbers. The 2019 version comes with minor graphical changes so that the motorcycle looks slightly better than the earlier model.

The motorcycle gets its power from the same 948cc, inline, four-cylinder engine. The motorcycle has a six-speed transmission. The Z900 gets a fuel injected engine that delivers 23 bhp power and torque output of 98.6 Nm. The engine comes with a six-speed transmission system. The slip-assist clutch allows quick gearshifts and minimizes the effects of engine braking during aggressive downshifts.
2019 Kawasaki Z900 Chassis & Suspension
The bike comes with 41-mm USD fork at the front and a mono-shock at the rear. Dual 300mm disc brakes at the front along with a single 250mm disc brake at the rear carry out the braking duties on the Kawasaki Z900. Kawasaki also offers a dual-channel ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) as standard with this motorcycle that provides added safety. The 2019 Kawasaki Z900 will be imported to India via the CBU (Completely Built Unit) route.

Kawasaki continues to import the Z900 from Thailand as a Completely Built Unit (CBU). Hence, the price of the Z900 remains the same as the earlier version at Rs 7.68 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Kawasaki Z900 will take on the Ducati Monster, Triumph Street Triple and Suzuki GSX-S750.
